Through Vanguard's Personal Advisor Services, customers can get ongoing investment advice and help with their financial planning from experienced industry professionals. Additionally, customers can also opt for a managed portfolio via this service. Those who do will be updated periodically to let them know how their investments are doing and when their previously established investment plan changes. The cost for Vanguard's advisory and managed portfolio services is an annual 0.30% of the customer's assets under management.

The Vanguard Group's trading platform provides a variety of tools, including but not limited to risk statistics, country diversification, strategic models, product screening and comparisons, and a holding search tool. Aside from the platform's tools, Vanguard's website provides users with calculators, worksheet builders, and other asset allocation tools.

The Vanguard Group has 17 offices worldwide. Three of said offices are located in the US, in Charlotte, North Carolina; Scottsdale, Arizona; and Malvern, Pennsylvania (HQ). The rest are located in Toronto, Ontario, Mexico City, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Zurich, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Singapore.

Non-retirement accounts, Roth, traditional, and SEP-IRAs, and UGMAs, UTMAs, and education savings accounts are all subject to a $20 annual fee. If the account mentioned meeting at least one of the following conditions, they are exempt from the annual account fee:

1. Having a total account balance is of $10,000 or more.

2. Signing up for Vanguard's e-delivery service.

3. Being a Voyager, Voyager Select, Flagship, or Flagship Select client, or if having an organization or trust account registered under an employee identification number (EIN).
