I had my oak tree fed and the service that was performed was great, the pricing reasonable and the technician who performed the work was professional and personable. However, their method of doing business is highly unethical. After the work was done and paid for, they sent me an electronic "Service Agreement" which automatically renews and is next to impossible to cancel electronically. If you do business with this organization, I suggest you pay cash. Don't use a credit card, otherwise they may continue to charge you. I will not deal with this company again.

Services provided were adequate. The company’s business practices are reprehensible. They made unauthorized charges against my credit card and when I complained, they were unable to explain or reconcile. After I spent considerable time reconciling the account and providing that information to them, they were still unable to get the matter straight. When I complained again, their representative simply said, “I do not plan to spend any more time on trying to figure out your account. I consider the matter closed.” They still owe me money and clearly do not care or intend to pay it. I recommend strongly against doing business with this company.

i was given a price and told if i paid it that day it wouldn't change. it did. i had to pay more. beware of this company's pricing.

This company is a scam artist. They send you a "contract" and then they keep billing you for ongoing services even if you never agreed to the contract. The quality of the work is questionable, but it is the most unethical company I have dealt with in Westchester. Stay away
