The service repair man u assigned was great came out with in 2 days of my calling in my claim that great service I t a pleasure having Choice Home Warranty
The sake rep that helped me was good but when recieved the policy I wanted septic lines covered and policy says there excluded trying to contact him but will not let me leave a message also trying to leave 3 stars will not let me
He was very honest and capable. He called prior to coming out and when I described the electrical problem he wasn’t sure if he would be able to fix it. But he said he would come take a look and let me know if he would be able to do the job or we would need Choicce to send an electrician out. He came assessed the problem,replaced a breaker and solved the problem!! I appreciated his being honest up front.
The quick response to scheduling was fantastic! My problem was resolved fast.
I'm disappointed that it's taking so long to receive my Lowe's echeck bc there's a sale on the washer I want now.
Choice Home Warranty has been super easy to work with. I’ve used them few times for repairs, and everything was handled quickly without any hassle. The techs were professional, and the coverage has definitely saved me money. No complaints so far
I knocked you down 2 stars because you should offer your annual payment option without having to signup as a VIP member. I might have preferred to do that if you had just offered a reduced rate for the annual price or reduced the service call deductible. Your VIP service alone just did seem worth the hassle.
I had a great experience speaking with Jeremy Lorenzo on my home warranty. He made everything incredibly clear from the start and was helpful every step of the way. Jeremy answered all of my questions with patience and honesty—he's a straight shooter, which I really appreciated. He made the entire process so easy and stress-free, and I felt totally comfortable moving forward after speaking with him. Highly recommend!
Aleem Ur Rehman of Beltway Air Comfort Service is excellent…by-name request since he was able to quickly diagnose the HVAC issue a few months ago. As it is an older unit, it was just a matter of time before there was another issue he quickly found — and came earlier than expected as the temps were a bit chilly. Appreciate his diligence and professionalism!
I’ve had HCW for several years. Since nothing lasts very long anymore it’s worth having CHW. I’ve had several appliances & our gas heater worked on. Their process has improved significantly since we first started with them. The company offers to find a technician for you or you can have the option to find your own. BUT if you get your own technician they MUST be willing to contact the company before any repairs are made . They have to contact CHW to get approval & how much they will are allowing for the repair. Problem was solved! Technician found the source of the leak . It was resolved.
Kaitlyn was extremely nice and helpful that she would make anybody feel welcome and her personality would indicate her willingness to work with everybody.
Keith, the technician was polite. His knowledge of my appliance was very impressive. I recommend him highly.

Choice has proven to be a consistent and reliable service. Over the past 3 years they've arranged the following repairs and replacements for me: garage door, garbage disposal, ice maker, washer replacement, AC unit repair, AC unit replacement, probably something else I'm forgetting. In case of AC replacement I had to pay a very reasonable copay. In all other instances I only had to pay the small standard service fee. The vendors they use have been solid and reliable as well.
Painless process. Great service provider that was sent. Definitely will recommend this to my friends
Choice Home Warranty came through again! Garbage disposal leaking everywhere. Had a new one installed "Earlier" than the original appointment . Expert and professional contractor completed the job faster than expected. Thanks Choice!!
Leo the Tech from GE was excellent! Best service that we have had since we started with Choice. I appreciate the manager of the claims department for actually doing what he said that he would do.

How is a loose faucet not wear and tear??? and you not cover it??? You cover leaky faucets (which I already had the cartridges for and saved YOU money) but you don't cover loose faucet as it is not wear and tear? That is wear and tear and I won't be renewing with your company
Tyler from Breezeway heating and air was very thorough and professional. He was very knowledgeable about my issue my AC was having and came to a quick solution to resolve the problem. If I have any other HVAC issues I would hope that Tyler from Breezeway would be the technician assigned to my claim.

It was super easy scheduling the service call. The technician arrived on time, was kind and respectful. I’m glad I added this service when I purchased my home.
Claim submitted for a plumbing stoppage in my line when the plumber submitted his bill choice warranty denied it. They gave me the opportunity to appeal it and forwarded my claim to a case manager and told me that I would hear from them within four hours and it’s been two days and I still haven’t heard from A case manager Needless to say I am terribly disappointed in this service. I’m left with a bill of over $1000 that was not covered by a company that I thought was reputable however, going forward I think I will choose a different home warranty service.

Choice Home Warranty earns a B rating from the Better Business Bureau and has a positive rating on Trustpilot, but in this industry, negative customer reviews far outnumber positive ones.
