Company wouldn't acknowledge the dealership I'd taken my van to so they could proceed with the needed repair to replace a broken transmission/gear shift cable. I had to lease a car for 6 days and still no contact from them to the dealership to approve or disapprove the repair. I had to repair for the repairs out of pocket. the worst part was trying to contact the office as their phones were never answered in a reasonable time although the hours called were within the time frame listed and the web site I was told to use I kept getting redirected to as unavailable. I still can't cancel the policy and I'm paying for service I no longer want and found another company with better coverage... Read More

Let’s just say an extended car warranty might have done me more good than bad. At the start, I was a bit skeptical about these guys but hell, they proved more useful to me than those crappy car dealerships. More power to you all at Complete Car!

You’d be amazed at the amount of times I have been ripped off by car dealerships. I wasn’t very fond of getting a service contract, but this guy named Jerry hooked me up with one of these. Complete Car Warranty extended the repair service for3 years and I’m a happy man indeed.

Most of the time you get greasy mechanics and the car dealerships trying to take full advantage of the car owners who do not know anything about parts.. Thanks to Complete Car Warranty we are not at the mercy of these people that gouge your wallet.

It is a great feeling knowing that your ride is well protected. I was almost scared to take my pre-owned Ford Mustang out on the roads but now I am comfortable driving and enjoying my car like I should!

My wife thought I was wasting my money when I signed up for this service. She thought it was just a gimmick until our car stopped working. Cost me $2,500 to fix it. I called David at CCW and signed up for the Powertrain warranty. Nuff said.

I got an extended warranty for my vehicle recently at a very affordable price. So far there are no issues and I’m happy to know that it covers a lot of things.
