The entire experience was terrible. I am in the process of placing blinds on windows in my new home. I decided to give Just Blinds a try on a single blind before committing to a larger order. I placed the order on 12/29/24, and didn't receive the blind until 1/21/25. There was nothing custom about the order; it was a stock material. When the blind arrived, it was 1/2" too short. It didn't even reach the mounting brackets. I immediately called Customer Service and spoke to Morgan Crawford. After reviewing the issue with me, she sent me her email address and asked that I snap pics of the roller with a tape measure to show the dimensions. I did so immediately. I have ordered from this company for years. I needed a reorder for one window.
I have absolute PROOF I ordered this blind with the beige lining and received white.
It took MUCH effort to get the representative to understand the problem with pictures submitted and a reorder was issued. After waiting for my blind the company decided to cancel the remake did not refund me or even notify me.
(The blinds all come with white lining on the back unless indicated by the customer which in this case I indicated beige. ) This company absolutely did not stand by their policy. Beware beware beware.

I bought a set of blinds from JustBlinds about 2 1/2 years ago. The tilt mechanism broke after less than a year so I called them and they sent me a new part. We were unable to fix it ourselves so they sent us a new set of blinds. About 6 weeks ago the tilt mechanism broke again. I called them and they sent me a new part. However, it was not the right part. After contacting them again, I was told they don't make that part anymore. So after less than 3 years, I have to order new blinds. Needless to say, I went somewhere else.
I ordered 6 roller shades for inside mount of 29.5 inch window openings. I ordered 2 roller shades for inside mount of 26.5 inch window openings. All of the shades fall a half inch short of the window mounts. Initially I had a good experience with customer service regarding this issue and I thought she understood that the shades were too narrow for the window opening. She had me take measurements and pictures. My final e-mail from the company states that they reviewed the pictures and since the windows measured 29 inches and the shades they sent me measure 29 3/8 that it is not their fault so I would be welcome to reorder the proper measurement at a 20% discount (just like the current... first it took a lot longer to get than we were told. Then they were not at all what we expected and did not fit our space. They were standard sizes, not custom but they refuse to take them back. Other companies will take back even custom made blinds. STAY AWAY
My uber-frustration w this company is that they do not disclose where the blinds are coming from.
I just got a notice that my order has been shipped...but that it is coming from Shanghai. My guess we'll never see them as they will be sstuck in Los Angeles Harbor w the rest of the 100+ container vessels.
Honestly if I had known the manufacturing origin, I wouls have looked to another source, no matter the price.
I have purchased all my cellular blinds from just blinds. Now the smaller one in the bathroom is not working like it used to. We put the blind during daylight hour about half way up. It now no longer stays in the top portion of the window. It pulls down like it should but no go on the half way or up to the top. When you start raising the blind it clicks when its about ready to stop. Is there anyway you could help wth this problem?
Neighbor gave me very some nice used paper pleated blinds from this company when they were redecorating (these were about 5 years old) I just needed some mounting brackets, as their brackets appear to be unique. Their website has no information on ordering parts. I called them and waited patiently on hold for 31 minutes. When I finally got a customer service rep, I explained that I needed parts for these - she asked for my order number. I told her that I did not have an order number, but the label with the model number and all pertinent information was on the blinds. I have been using JustBlinds for many years. Indeed, I had never considered using another company for window blinds. The products were always shipped with the greatest care and outstanding quality right out of the box. However, my latest shipment of blinds for a new house was noticeably different. The packaging quality was less than ideal, and several component parts on the blinds were bent. More annoying, most of the end caps were loose and repeatedly fell off during and after installation. These blinds are shipped directly from COMMUNIST CHINA. They are not made in America. This is not an in house item nor do they sell their own brand of blinds. It is false advertising to claim they have an in house brand when the blinds ship from China. I will NEVER purchase another product from this CHINESE CO. again. FRAUD.

The quality is substandard. So either you pay an extra $14 for the “deluxe” warranty to return your substandard shades or you eat the cost like I am and try to get the word out to the public that this shadiness calls itself Just Blinds. Ridiculous flimsy fabric. Visible staples showing. Ugly string system that shows. Because of COVID I have been doing more online shopping. Next time I will do more in depth research before ordering.
Last purchase experience was unacceptable. I have previously purchased over a thousand dollars worth of blinds from them but when I tried to color match the new order I couldn't find the same color name listed, ended up with the wrong color ("chestnut" instead of "roasted chestnut" ). The website doesn't even show either of the colors now, and no cross-reference. Since they are "special order" I am stuck with them.
There's a major disconnect between this review at consumers advocate.org and other reviews of Blinds.com. The rating here says 4.6 out of 5.0, yet the reviews on all other web sites are abysmal. I called Blinds.com today and asked one question: Where are your blinds manufactured? The answer was The Peoples Republic of China. Beware of Blinds.com and be cautious.
I needed a couple replacement brackets as they got lost in the move. They do not sell replacement parts online, you have to call. I called and was placed on hold for 4 hours, 3 different times. The message states covid as a reason for long waits, but this makes no sense as people can obviously do this call center job from home. Finally got ahold of someone on 3rd day and she stated a different company would be in contact about parts. A month later and company has yet to call, meanwhile sun is pouring in during a heatwave into our living room. What a joke, go with a local company with brick and mortar like lowes, price is the same and can easily get parts when you need them.
I have no idea how they have such a high rating on this site. They are horrible for refunds and they cut our blinds short then try to tell us to mount them externally rather than inside the window per our original order. I am now disputing the charge with my bank since they will not refund us after 2 weeks of back and forth nonsense. Stay away from this company! Horrible to deal with!
I ordered 1 blind. It took 5 weeks to get to me and the wand was not in the box so I cannot close my blind. I called and they said it would take 5-7 days for the wand. It has been 10 days and still has not shipped. No offer to even to expedite the wand to me.
Unhappy with my blind order. I was informed I could not return or receive a refund for two reasons: 1. custom order and 2. I did not request samples prior to ordering. Buyer beware and read everything carefully! Apparently faux wood blinds can and do come without the faux wood grain. Plain white plastic slat's is what I received.
Quality control is a problem. Instead of delivery in 3 weeks it was 4. We received, for 8 blinds, over 300 screws, no “extenders” that were ordered to make the blinds fit over window molding, not enough brackets, not enough cord cleats, and only 7 of 8 wands to rotate the blinds. So unable to install any. Took another 2 weeks to get the extenders and even more time to get the rest. 9 weeks before we had everything we were supposed to have. I kept getting told their vendor was not replying to their emails.
I worked for a while on a large order until I noticed they were charging sales tax in the checkout process. I asked them what this was about, since they are in Texas and I am in Washington. They cited some new regulation without specifying. There is no cross state regulation that I am aware of.
I verified with WA Sate dept. of revenue if they are listed as an entity perceiving/collecting sales tax on behalf of the state and they are not listed anywhere.
As far as I am concerned, they are pocketing the 'sales tax' they invented.
Had nothing but positive experience with this Company. They were very professional,and did everything you asked,and answered all questions related to their products. I m very much satisfied with my experience with this company and it’s products.
