I would not recommend using this company. Their prices are good and their products are pretty standard but their customer service is horrible! Ran into a problem with an order and the customer service person didn't want to hear me out but kept talking over me repeating the same thing in differ ways. Bottom line was they had no intention of helping me or even meeting me halfway. I will never do business with these people again and would strongly recommend staying away from this company.
Ordered a number of vert blinds from BE. One of the headrails was apparently bent by the shipping co.
One call to BE and a new headrail is being shipped. Can't ask for more than that.

The product was a Levolor cordless mk I Lightmaster, inside mount. The inside mounts have very hard springs, and you have to pressure the front while rolling on to the back (back being against the window). They mounted easily, but in finding I had to reposition I had to remove the blind, which was almost impossible due to the hard springs and the way the mount snags the rolled lip on the case. Mounting and remounting is all on me, but the design and instructions are terrible - be warned and leave at least 1/2".... Read More
