A&E is so bad to give even a 1 star. Their technician came for my refrigerator and found the compressor is broken and under LG manufactory warranty. They charged $305 for this finding and asked me to contact LG. I called LG and was told the technician should call LG to get the parts for the compressor. After that the technician never showed up again. I called A&E many times. They seems either totally lost about the service request, or they promise something but never happened. Instead of repairing my refrigerator, every tome they try to market and sale siding to me. Now after 2 weeks I have to find another service provider. Avoid A&E!
Do not use them. They are a scam company. There calls to contact them go to Mexico and the Philipines. They cannot help you. Our repair person lied to Home Depot after coming to our house 7 times for the same repair. Home Depot paid A and E alot of money for 7 visits and denied our claim for a damaged refrigerator
The service and support form their phone line is below marginal. I have a brand new damaged fridge. After seven weeks and three orders they finally sent the right part (new door and facade for ice maker). Repair man came and left and after he was gone I noticed a problem - he was gone five minutes. I called them immediately and was told my ticket was closed and there is nothing more they can do. Excuse me? your worker did a S*****ss job and there in nothing you can do? They told me I had to call LG back, but I made them get an LG person on the phone and they told me I had to talk to A&E. I gave them a half star only because I cannot submit this with no stars

I had an appointment with A&E to repair my dishwasher. the appointment was made over 3 weeks in advance. i took off work for the 8-12 times. at 10 am i receive a text...not a call...but a text to tell me the repair person was not coming. they then booked me for 3/24! i guess they think no one has a job or that everyone works like they do...show up when you feel like it. i do not recommend this repair company.
This is the worst company i have delt with in a long time. Waited a lknth to get my refrigerator repaired. And it is not repaired, have to wait 8 more days for them to come back out to diagnose the problem again then i get back in line for them to come out and repair it again. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!! To top it off they try to sell me on new services everytime i call on my refrigerator. Dont use them for anything if u dont have to.
Had many appointments with four hour windows. No one would show up - no phone call texts or emails. Highly recommend not using thru Best Buy or any other appliance distributor. Do not buy service agreements. They don't honor them]
A&E FACTORY SERVICE IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! I’ve never had warranty on appliances before decided well maybe I should this time around. OMG I’ve never had to deal with such terrible customer service. I’ve been waiting about 2 months to have my dishwasher repaired! First appointment, technician took a look, broke a part while putting the dishwasher back together and ordered parts. 2/25 was my appointment to have a technician come and repair only to have no one show up, I took the day off waiting for them! The most terrible and inefficient company I have seen in a long time. I have been waiting for over 2 months for my washing machine to be repaired. Every time I set an appointment it is at least 2 weeks out. The first technician was having panic attacks because he was taking too long and already late to his next appointment after being here for 10 minutes. They have ordered the wrong part and now THEY cancelled due to weather but won't let me make an appointment until after this one expires in their system. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. No show for an appointment. Took time off work waiting for the service tech. They also ordered the wrong part which meant things were delayed even longer; we've been dealing with this for three months now. Called customer service and they had no update on the part and was told to contact the business I bought my appliance from. Long story short..appliance was under warranty, I did not need to waste my time going to the store I bought the appliance from just needed to contact warranty company.
