So adding to my review yesterday, they sent him a message and told him to reschedule. He called twice, no call back. This service sucks!!!!! Don't use them. If you could not rate it would be nice but to except it you have too. Not even worth that partial star
Zero stars. They suck. My brother expected them last week one day and they rescheduled without even calling him and making sure. Well they scheduled it today 8 am to 12 noon. Well here it is 4:40 and they still did not show up. 2 days of sitting at home waiting ALL DAY. They suckit is making me rate them. They do not deserve that
The most horrible technician came to my home. You cannot get a hold of a live human person only a robot. My freezer is not working, and they had to order parts. The Technician was supposed to be here on Friday never called never showed. I tried to get a hold of a human and was unable too. I went on the website and was unable again to find a phone number to contact a human. I rescheduled the appointment which was hard to do since the site already showed an appointment was set up for me. It took forever to try to get another appointment. Scheduled appointment on 8/28 for service on Maytag washer . They were unable to repair it that day & ordered the part to be delivered to my house. I received part following day on 8/29 but my next appointment with them was for today, 9/5, to replace it. In meantime, I had paid them in full ($408.00). I received emails & texts almost daily re this appointment. At 5:30 today, Brian the repairman called to tell me he had to reschedule my appointment for SEPTEMBER 9! The absolute worst company to deal with! Just read through all these different reviews and I can say it’s all true. This company is the only company I could get to service a LG washer dryer in Seaside Oregon. I shouldn’t say service, that’s the worst word I should use. The service comprised of multiple appointments all weeks apart because they don’t have the right parts on their trucks, coupled with two no shows after waiting 7 hours each time. The service guys only remarks about the poor service is the company is really screw up since new ownership and everyone is having issues. If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve been dealing with A&E Sears Appliance Repair for 3 months. The wrong parts were sent, the technician Ronnie T. was a no show twice where I had to sit and wait for 11-12 hours each time for him to not show up. After holding on the phone for an hour here and an hour there, we were finally assured a different technician would be at our home in 2 weeks. Nope, they sent Ronnie again and they evidently told him we requested someone else because he was very rude the entire time he was at my home. I have a contract with Choice Home Warranty, who contracted you to do the inspection of the AC. Your technician was here on Monday and a different one on Tuesday. It was determined that the system has a freon leak. A report was sent to Choice Home Warranty in order to get approval for the repair. CHW is asking for some additional information, a request was sent to your technician yesterday morning and they have not gotten a response. I spoke to your people, spent over an hour on the phone speaking to 4 to 5 people and no one seems to know how to get the issue resolved. No one knew how to get in touch with technician. I have been trying to get my refrigerator replaced since Jan 2024! I now will have to purchase one myself (cost wise) since they have told me for months they are having a system upgrade and can't put any orders thru! This is a RIP OFF when they have to honor their contract for replacement!This company has NO leadership and you can't understand what their saying. I WILL "NEVER' BUY THERE PROTECTION AGREEMENT " again! I have been working since October 23 to get a repair which led to a replacement and I'm still hearing about a system upgrade!
Four times to my house to fix a refrigerator (Edmar) since 01/10/2024 and guess what still not fixed. Cannot talk to a human just a repairman who doesn't seem to know squat
A&E Factory Services is the worst business that I have ever dealt with. I had an appointment scheduled with them that gave me a 7:00am to 4:00pm window of time for their technician to arrive. At 4:30pm, they sent me a text telling me that my appointment has been canceled and rescheduled for a date 2 weeks from today. This is the THIRD time they have done this to me, and from reviews I have read on other websites, including the BBB, this is very common. This repair company gave two different prices, plus lied about having to change a board to choice Warranty saying it was an upgrade because the compressor was bad. Called LG and they said it wasn’t true, was trying to charge me triple the amount. Bought a new refrigerator. Stay away from them, they can’t be trusted!!
they came out, four weeks later no microwave or repairman, they have not responded to any comments or emails . but state on the online status check they repaired it
I consider a $377 labor charge for a 15 minute refrigerator part replacement to be theft. I will never do business with A & E or Sears again. No wonder that Sears is essentially out of business!! Hope A & E soon follows!!
This is the absolute worst repair service company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting for parts for a repair and have not received them, nor have I been given a status as to what is holding up delivery. If the parts are not available from your current distributor, use a different one! We have had several repair visits and have been without a freezer for over 2 months. Each time someone comes, they are saying it's a different issue. We've already had the circuit board replaced which then caused our circuit breaker to trip several times a day after it was installed by your technician. If I could wouldn't leave them with a 1 star. They came to our home to fix a microwave they had to order a part had to wait a week and half for. They came to fix the microwave which isn't attached to the stove. He put a big rubber on the stove somehow he turned on the stove which caused the rubber mat to catch fire in returned put a thick which chemical fumes smoke in the rooms. Instead of taking out the pad he put it on the floor I came in and had him remove it to the patio outside the home. I said the stove is ruined he says just clean it with baking soda and vinegar, I tried everything he not only ruined the glass topping but the edging round the stove. I have not heard a word... THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS. They came to the house 8 times to fix our refrigerator. They never fixed it. Now looking for a new refrigerator.
This has been the worst company I have ever worked with. I have been stood up twice on my repair appointments and instead of just be moved to the next day you are moved to the next available day which in this last case is now another 15 days that I will go without a washer. In all total I will have 11 weeks in this repair. The repairman was not accurate in his first visit and did not order all of the necessary parts. Needless to say I had to wait an additional two weeks for the next appointment and was hopeful that I would finally have my washer back yesterday, but guess what I was stood up again and now will have to wait an additional 15 days for him to return. I have a 42" kitchen aid built-in refrigerator that needed service for a blocked drain line. The technicians needed to come out three times before they broke the control panel, while snaking the line the final time. This repair went on for a period of 2 1/2 months. The technician admitted that he broke the control panel and he was ordering a new on. A month went by and we didn't hear anything so we started calling and we were told that the part is no longer available. The refrigerator is only 6 years old and it costs over $10,000 since it's a built-in. First, there is no way to speak to a human at A&E. All options on their phone tree lead to a message to go to their website then disconnects.
A&E will schedule an appointment to repair your appliance between 8am to 5pm on some date. Their technician will no-show after you have been waiting for 8 hours without a call or message. You will then receive a robot call 1 hour or so after the technician was supposed to arrive stating that your appointment was rescheduled a week later between 8am and 5pm. This happened multiple times and there is no way to reach a human to have the problem escalated.
This company does not keep appointments and when you call they change your appointment. I called insurance co. to tell them of the problem and they have no clue. What is A&E BBB rating. "Z"?
My washer has been broken since 08/21/2023. The repair guy from A & E shows up on the 24th. They should have had the part because when I called in to report an OE code on the washer and that it would not drain. Duh, I would have brought a drain pump. This guy shows up with no drain pump, says he has to order one and it won't be here till Thursday on 08/31/2023. I said I guess I will see you next Thursday. He said yes that he would be here then. My part arrives by UPS and I also get a call from A & E saying that they nmow won't be here till 09/06/2023. So I get to sit here with the part till then. I have never dealt with a company like A & E. They are the worst. I have been waiting for over 2 1/2 weeks for the technician to come out to repair my refrigerator, but the keep rescheduling. We are dealing with a refrigerator not working for over 2 weeks. I finally called another repair company. Although I have a warranty with a $50.00 deductible I am willing to pay another company full price just to get my refrigerator repaired. Horrible experience. Think twice before you do business with A & E
This clown show has been working on my Samsung washer since May, it is now August and my washer is not working. they have no clue what is wrong with it, they keep ordering parts hoping to fine the right one. 4 No show/ no contact. Two times because , they did not have a two person crew scheduled to do a two person job.
I have enough parts to build an entire machine, yet they can not get it to work.
I had to take 7 days of vacation (because we work) and be at home from 8 am to 5pm , just to not see the clown mobile pull up.
I am forced to use them , with my extended warranty; this will be the last extended warranty that we purchase.
I WOULD NOT PAY TO USE THIS COMPANY.
No phone contact. Do not show up for long scheduled appointments, confirmation of parts leads to computer that hangs up. Worst company I ever dealt with
Terrible! Gave me a window between 8-5, took the day off of work and it’s 5:43 no call no show. I could have replaced my appliance for the money I spent on the warranty and the lost day pay.
