After repeated calls to Nationwide Annuity Dept., unfortunately I had not received any transfer resolution to my new annuity contract. I called again this morning and talked to the Annuity Dept. representative (William). He was arrogant and rude NOT listening to my issue. I told him that I had previously called several times and was told that Nationwide Annuity would follow up with the annuity company which sent the check to Nationwide Annuity. He told me that the check sending company said the check was cashed. I was surprised to learn that. I have had nothing but sweet words...sometimes they just hang up on you though. Frustrated would be an understatement. Try and get your money out. They hang onto it as long as they can. Post a direct deposit routing and account number. You end up with a check 5 to 7 days later. Then they blame it on their third party company which apparently cant do their job to save their lives. Abject pathetic company. I have more to say but for brevity sake be forewarned. Sweet as honey to your face a knife in your back. Nationwide is not on your side. I couldn't be more dissapointed. Abject failures at competence.
the last 3 years I have received ZERO in my annuity with Nationwide. Buyer beware
